Seashell Desires

Rescue me from
drowning in a pink
horizon of uncertainty.
Secure me in Your love
as the sands of doubt
wash away in the tide.

Pull me into You
like the waves
drawing in the shore.
Tear down my walls
like a sandcastle
falling to the surf.

Engulf me in kisses
as our limbs become
salt water tangles.
Shipwreck me
in seashell desires
and dreams of Camelot.

Moonlight

The strains of a sonata
on a flower-scented Winter’s night
permeating the stars with it’s
sweet perfume. In the air, a
glittering of romance.
I watch with intentful eyes as
the melody captures You
in it’s hands, so light, so soft,
as You took me into Your arms
the velvet of my skin enraptured
by Your exquisite touch. And as I
melted into the music beneath
Your hands, I could fold my
very bones to lie against each
note. To that music, we discovered
what forever tastes like and
that this sonata was all we
needed.

Once Upon A Heart

Frozen tears
weep from sapphire
eyes. Shards
of diamonds
fall to the ground
and break
like fragile glass.
Slowly feel me
thaw
under You touch.
Let the wildfire
in Your heart
burn
as my lips devour
Your inner rebellion.
Embrace
the secret want
of Your body as
I openly express
my passion for You.
Inhibitions forever gone.
And never again
will either of us
feel there is
something missing.

Fairy Tale

Once upon a heart, there was a girl who fell in love.
Eternal, requited, yet full of insane obstacles
and a world seemingly conspiring to keep them
apart. She tried to let go, but it was always Him.
No one else would compare. She lost her glass
slipper and he found it and told her she was
the most beautiful woman in the kingdom.
And still~ she stayed quietly in the shadows.
Patient. Waiting. There was always something
missing with someone else. That spark He lit
inside her. It just wasn’t there unless she was
around Him and then it turned into a raging
wildfire. And so it goes…she will wait for Him.
Her soul, forever gone. For she gave it to Him
long ago in another lifetime and she ask it not
be returned. Her only wish that it not be lost
in his pocket. Forgotten. That somehow, He too
was watching out the window casting a wish
on the same star. Praying to be with her. For
fairy tales are meant to end with:
Happily Ever After.

Under the Surface

I wanted to share myself
with You, not fooling around,
not being casual with my
emotions. Shared. You
touching every inch of my
skin and at the same
time slipping Yourself
underneath the surface
and stroking the moths
guarding my heart
as You whispered into
my soul:
‘I’m here, this is who
You are.’
And now my shaken
self still wants to
understand if together
we were ever one.

Susurrous

Sunlight slips from my fingers
as the moon begins to rise
throwing shadows against
the wall and tangling
moonbeams in my hair.
You take off my fears as
I remove Your inhibitions
before You slide Your fingers
along my buttons. I give You
my naked thoughts before
my clothes slide to the floor
the ethereality of love overflowing
before the ocean of passion. I
tangle my adoration with Yours
before we tangle our limbs
and as the susserous moth
wings mingle with harmonious
notes of pleasure these words
slip from my lips:
‘My soul merging with Yours
is the true definition of love.’

Lately

Lately I walk around with flowers
in my hair hoping the petals will fall
and leave You a trail to follow
until You gather me into Your arms.

Lately I let my hair trail down my spine
to all the places I want Your fingers
to touch when You pull me
against You before You kiss me.

Lately I caress the keys on my chain
in hopes somehow the key to Your heart
has slipped in amongst the keys to the things
I lock to keep them safe.

Lately I long for You to kiss the swollen
secrets from my lips as I undo Your
inhibitions with soft strokes of my
fingers as our hands entwine into ecstasy.

Lately I find my thoughts turn to You
with every key I stroke on the piano as
if the the ebony and ivory understand
they are just replacements for You.

Lately…I just need You that little bit more.
